Your sales process, followed step by step
The sales process lives in AIDIN as steps, in order, with its exceptions. It names the next step, answers what-ifs from the SOP, and never makes up a process the company doesn't have.

What AIDIN did, and why.
Every action AIDIN takes is logged like this: what started it, what it read, how it decided, what it was allowed to do, and what it changed.
- 01Trigger
Your team asks AIDIN what to do next on a lead
- 02Read
Your company's sales process, set up as steps in a set order, with who takes over and what to do in exceptions
- 03Reason
AIDIN tells you the very next step for that lead, and marking a step done unlocks the next. If someone asks a what-if, such as a customer asking for the price on the first call, it answers from your process
- 04Permission
AIDIN only uses processes your company has defined. Ask about one it doesn't have, such as refunds, and it won't make one up
- 05Act
When a deal is won, one confirmation moves the lead to converted along your process, and the onboarding task is created automatically
- 06Remember
Every step, owner and status is on the lead's page. The process belongs to your company, not to one person
