AIDIN — a product of The Hustle House

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AIDIN website (aidin.in) and the AIDIN service. AIDIN is a product of The Hustle House ("The Hustle House", "we", "us"). By using the website or the service you agree to these Terms. Business customers may additionally sign a separate service agreement and Data Processing Agreement; if there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

2. The service

AIDIN is an operations intelligence platform that works inside business messaging channels — live today on the WhatsApp Business Platform, with further channels such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail / Google Workspace and Telegram rolling out — and a web dashboard. It records commitments made in invited business conversations, tracks tasks and deadlines, sends reminders and alerts, and generates operational reports for the business customer. Where the customer connects its Meta (Facebook / Instagram) assets, AIDIN also provides advertising analytics, rules-based ads audits, lead capture from Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp performance alerts and — only where explicitly authorised — ad-management actions executed on the customer's instruction. Analytics, audit flags and recommendations are advisory only; the customer retains complete control of its Ads Manager, budgets, bidding and targeting, and AIDIN gives no guarantee of any specific advertising outcome.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • The service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or older.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Business customer responsibilities

  • The business customer must ensure it has a lawful basis for processing its team's data through AIDIN, including obtaining the consents required by applicable law.
  • AIDIN must only be added to chats and groups the business is entitled to monitor for work purposes. AIDIN announces itself in every group it joins and activates for an individual only after that individual opts in.
  • The business customer is responsible for the accuracy of the business data it connects to AIDIN.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive use of the service.
  • No spam, unsolicited marketing, or violation of WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
  • No attempt to breach security, access other customers' data, or reverse engineer the service.
  • No use of the service to surveil individuals outside the consented, work-scoped purpose described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Paid plans and pricing are described on the pricing page at aidin.in/pricing. Prices may be updated from time to time; changes do not affect an already-agreed contract term. Where the "Month One Guarantee" is offered, its conditions are as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Enterprise pricing is scoped per deployment.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and the Meta Marketing API and, where connected by the customer, services such as Google Workspace or ERP systems. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms — for Meta integrations this includes the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Commercial Terms and Meta’s Advertising Policies, and the customer is responsible for its own compliance with them. AIDIN may suspend a Meta integration if continued access would reasonably risk violating Meta’s terms or AIDIN’s developer standing. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to work around them.

8. AI outputs and no professional advice

AIDIN uses artificial intelligence to interpret messages and produce summaries, reports and suggestions. AI outputs can contain errors and must be reviewed by a human before being relied upon for any consequential decision. Nothing produced by AIDIN is legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, coaching or other professional advice. AIDIN does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals; such decisions always require human approval.

9. Intellectual property

The service, software, and AIDIN branding belong to The Hustle House. Customer data belongs to the customer. We receive only the limited licence needed to operate the service for the customer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any agreed contract term. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination of a business contract, customer data is deleted or returned as described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable Data Processing Agreement, except where the law requires retention.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction — except where a signed enterprise agreement specifies a different governing law (for example for UAE deployments).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
