Nothing leaves when people leave
An employee leaves. One message on WhatsApp deactivates the account, AIDIN writes the handover record, and the open tasks move to the colleague who takes over the role.
What AIDIN did, and why.
Every action AIDIN takes is logged like this: what started it, what it read, how it decided, what it was allowed to do, and what it changed.
- 01Trigger
An employee is leaving. You message AIDIN on WhatsApp to deactivate their account
- 02Read
Their open tasks, the people they work with, and how their work gets done
- 03Reason
AIDIN writes the handover for you, so nobody has to, and works out what needs to move to whoever takes over
- 04Permission
AIDIN asks an admin to confirm first. The colleague taking over keeps their own work and takes this role on as an extra. Private tasks stay with the person
- 05Act
Access is switched off and the handover record is sent to you. You then give the role to a colleague and the employee's open tasks move to them. For the next 14 days AIDIN tells them what they need to know about the role, as the work comes up
- 06Remember
Each moved task records that it came over in a handover, and the colleague's task list grows by exactly that many. The account is deactivated, not deleted, and nobody has to pretend to be the person who left
